"As the group tries to rebuild after the zombie horde attack, Carl wakes up and Rick, of course, has to deal with a power play struggle. Again, good group has good thing, bad group wants what good group has, fight ensues, zombies. Wash, Rinse, Repeat."

Pros: I like Eugene as a character. He made a mistake, he shouldn't have lied, but he confessed and for the most part he seems to be a genuinely good person, not just hooking up with anything with a pulse etc. He thinks with his brain, not other parts.
Cons: Everyone hooking up with everyone else/Michonne's bitchiness
Full Review:
After the group bands together to thin out the zombie horde, they get to work planning on re-building the community. When he's not busy being a leader, Rick is at Carl's bedside, hoping and praying that he wakes up. He's in a coma and Denise isn't too sure how bad the damage is but Rick holds onto hope. Meanwhile, Rosita tells Abraham that she's aware he's sleeping with Holly, so she's leaving. She moves in with Eugene and Abraham is torn. He tells Holly that he feels pity for Rosita, not that he wants her back. He just doesn't know what to think.
As the group make more and more plans on how better to fortify the walls with trenches etc, Carl wakes up. His memory is spotty, he remembers Jessie and Rick, but he doesn't remember whether his Mom is alive. Rick has to break the bad news to him and Carl is emotionless. Rick doesn't know how to react and when the group goes out on a supply run and Rick goes with, Andrea finds him in a back office of one of the buildings, crying. He admits that he doesn't know what to do with Carl, that what's the point of Carl even being alive if he's lost his baby boy from all they've dealt with?
While the group is on the supply run, Nicholas and Spencer, two of the original members of the community, start to plan on how best to kill Rick to get him out of the way. They don't want him as leader and more people have died on his watch than with Gregory, so they want him out. Glen overhears them talking and Nicholas attacks him, knowing that he'll tell Rick. The group comes back in time to calm the situation down and instead of killing Nicholas, Rick lets him go home.
He gives an inspirational pep talk, explaining that the only way they're going to make a life again is if they all work together. But later, as he brings Carl home and talks to Andrea, he admits that he wanted to kill Nicholas. That his first reaction was to just blow Nicholas' brains out. And he tells Andrea that there's nothing left in him, that he died a long time ago. Andrea tells him that death isn't what it used to be, so isn't it about time to start living and they, of course, kiss.
